Our capabilities allow us to provide both standard and highly customized solutions. We offer custom designs, specialty fabrications, interior linings, custom paint options, technical support, and computational fluid dynamics (CFD) services. Our product portfolio includes pressure vessels, steam generators, domestic water heaters, water storage systems, thermal energy storage systems, heat exchangers, replacement bundles, and specialty fabrications.
Our manufacturing facility in Cayce, South Carolina, sits on a 15-acre site with 125,000 square feet of manufacturing space. Our extensive capabilities include plate rolling up to two inches thick, a 750-ton brake press, a 40-foot CNC plasma table, hydrostatic testing up to 2,000 PSIG, and welding capabilities ranging from manual processes to submerged-arc and modern wire-fed technologies. We are also an ASME Code facility with U, R, H, and HLW stamp certifications.
Our engineered products are built to order and include pressure vessels, columns, thermal tanks, reactors, and specialty fabrications. We also offer configured-to-order heat exchangers, clean steam generators, domestic water heating systems, and domestic water storage and supply systems.
We proudly serve commercial, institutional, industrial, pulp and paper, power generation, and chemical industries.
